Extensive variety of baked potatoes and French fry topping options. We enjoyed the frito pie spud. This little place is on a corner lot surrounded by several parking spaces. They package their food for take away, though there are several indoor tables for on site enjoyment. They also offered butter and big red cakes.
Absolutely delicious, from start to finish. Best spud I’ve had in a long time, if ever. And the butter cake we had for dessert was beyond amazing... the perfect balance of icing and cake. The hostess was very friendly, too, and took her time explaining the various options to us and talking to us about the owners a little bit. We really enjoyed our visit and will come again.

Ordered the Big Papi and Latino Spud. They were GINORMOUS! Bring your appetite or plan to share. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. They offered to cut up chicken fried chicken for the kids after hearing us debate what to get them. If I lived in Waco, I would be back!
Fun, laid-back place. Their breakfast burritos are well worth the money. The loaded potatoes are amazing. Great family owned and operated little restaurant. HIGHLY recommend.
First time at Dos Mundos and I’ll definitely be coming back! Service was great, front counter lady was so nice. I had the Sante Fe potato and the chipotle ranch is to die for. Great price and portion, clean place.
I went here for the first time this week and look forward to going back! I wanted to try something new to me so got the Santa Fe Chicken and wow it was great!! The large is very big and plenty of food. The lady that took my order was extremely nice and welcoming. This was at the restaurant on Clay but I saw they're moving to a new bigger location in Bellmead next month and I'll definitely be back to check them out then!
